Semi-Managed means that our administrators will handle any hardware, operating system, or basic configuration issues which may arise with your server.
From this point forward our management responsibility is limited to diagnosing and repairing hardware related and operating system faults only, we are not responsible for installing / diagnosing issues with third party software.
